Collection and Use of Personal Information. As part of the grant application process through the Center’s platform, you will be asked for information such as your name and email address. The information that we obtain through your use of this Site, whether through the registration and application process or otherwise, is subject to this privacy statement. Unless otherwise disclosed in this privacy statement, the Center will use the information in furtherance of its work as a multidisciplinary Grantmaker, to analyze use of the Center’s website to better understand its applicants, usage of the site and to improve functionality, to support the internal operations of the Center’s website, and for any other purpose that we will disclose to you at the time that we collect the information or pursuant to your consent.

Privacy Statement. The Center will only share your personally identifiable information (such as name and address) with third parties (unless required by law) under the following limited circumstances:

Third parties providing services on our behalf. The Center may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include, without limitation, hosting and administration of this website, analyzing data using tracking tools including, but not limited to, web beacons, and sending communications on our behalf. While the Center has attempted to create a secure and reliable website for submitting grant applications, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from this website over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Accordingly, the Center and its funder, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and administrator, The University of the Arts and the respective employees, agents, officers, directors, legal representatives, predecessors, and successors of each, are not responsible for the security of any information transmitted via the Internet. You assume the sole and complete risk for using this website and must make your own determination as to these matters.

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
